About me

I was born in Athens, Greece, and I grew up in an international environment in Brussels at the heart of Europe. I have studied both economics and telecommunications. I currently work full-time for a multinational IT company and, in my free time, on photographic projects.

Passionate about photography

Photography doesn't appear in my academic curriculum – I don't see it that way. Passion, lots of motivation, reading and practicing have made me the photographer I am. Learning and experiencing photography has not only let me quench my thirst for knowledge and but has also allowed me to develop and express my creativity.

What I like to photograph

Although I constantly explore other fields, photographing people is my favorite activity. Therefore, it's natural for me to prefer focusing on photographic projects involving people. Most recently, I have carried out studio and environmental portraits for a local newspaper and worked on movie and theatre stills and other events.

Other strong points and competences

I focus strongly on technical details and keep up to date with the latest technological advances in the sector. I take pleasure in mastering and applying as much as possible various photographic tools. I have experience with both analog and digital equipment.

Sociable and polite, I can easily adapt to and work in new environments. I put a strong emphasis not just on the efficient management of the logistics of any photographic assignment, but also on being sensitive to the requirements of the people who are involved.
